Thanks to the generous support of Australian Government’s Medical Research Future Fund, we provide grants under the Rapid Applied Research Translation scheme.

All our RART projects involve collaboration between several sites and trial novel interventions which, if successful, can be readily implemented into routine clinical practice. It is a condition scheme that the research offers the prospect of tangible benefits to patient care within a 12-to-18-month period.

Since commencing in 2018, 14 RART projects have been completed and a further 22 RART projects are underway.

Implementation Science Grants

In 2020 Sydney Health Partners responded to the growing interest in Implementation Science by awarding four pilot research grants.

The grants support collaborative teams of researchers and clinicians who are examining ways to fast-track healthcare innovations into routine clinical practice, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality evidence-based care.
